The Parent Hope Foundation is a non profit organization with current 501(c)3 status. It is our mission to provide education and no-cost therapy to the parents of child victims of sexual crimes in California’s Placer and Solano counties.

Sherie Mahlberg: President
Qualifications: Sherie works in crisis intervention with youth and their parents. She has competed thesis work in childhood sexual abuse and the effects on the victims parents. She is a passionate woman who spends much of her time living her dream, advocating for the rights of children and their parents. Mother of three amazing children.

Gary Hamner: Vice President
Qualifications: Gary is a local Businessman. He
is the owner of a top ten corporation in northern
California. Doctorate in business. Father of two.
Maisie Bio: Secretary/Treasurer
Qualifications: Maisie is an amazingly organized, detail oriented, passion driven woman. She is a financial planning specialist with doctorate level education. Mother of two beautifully gifted girls.

Elizabeth Elledge
Qualifications: Elizabeth is a Mother of two, a wonderful friend, and a Pharmacist who is very passionate about the Parent Hope Foundation.
Sonnie Hamner
Qualifications: Sonnie serves on the board of
the Placer County Chaplaincy Association, and
holds a B.A. Degree in public safety. She is the
mother of two grown daughters.
Trudy O’Connell
Qualifications: Trudy will lend the foundation
her vast knowledge and experience working with
social service agencies. State certified young
childhood education instructor. Mother of two.
Cheri Glankler
Qualifications: Cheri is the founder of previous
non profit that offers instruction to children.
Instructor for children ages 3-12 for 14 years.
